Reco, an AI agent security platform based in New York, has announced its expansion into the UK and Ireland, alongside a new physical office in Texas. This move responds to the growing need for AI governance compliance, especially with the EU AI Act's upcoming enforcement deadlines. Over 100 enterprises are currently using Reco’s services through a channel-first model, indicating strong demand for AI agent security solutions.

Strategic Executive Appointments

To support its growth strategy, Reco has appointed Zoe Hillenmeyer as chief operating officer. Hillenmeyer previously led commercial and marketing initiatives at Protect AI and has held roles at AWS and IBM, bringing valuable experience to Reco's leadership team. She will oversee go-to-market execution and align cross-functional operations.

Additionally, Reco has strengthened its executive team with the appointments of Dana Harduf as chief human resources officer, Sandy Mathews as vice president of product marketing, and Merav Keren Kindler as vice president of marketing. These hires aim to enhance Reco’s operational capabilities and market impact.

Local Presence and Market Demand

With a dedicated team in the UK, Reco is poised to address the increasing demands from European enterprises. Building a Channel Ecosystem

As part of its expansion strategy, Reco has appointed Oliver Sears as the UKI sales director, responsible for leading enterprise market initiatives across the region. This focus on building a technology partner ecosystem aligns with Klein's vision for effective scaling. He remarked, "The executive hires, the geographic expansion, and the channel build are strategic. We are building the channel and technology partner ecosystem to get there at scale."
