Eros Innovation has launched ErosADI, a sovereign AI infrastructure platform focused on creating rights-compliant and culturally relevant artificial intelligence ecosystems. This initiative represents a significant step toward integrating cultural diplomacy into AI, empowering creators, institutions, and governments to manage digital cultural assets effectively.
At the heart of ErosADI is the Eros LCM stack, which features domain-specialized Large Cultural Models (LCMs). These models, first introduced at the India AI Impact Summit, include components designed for narrative reasoning, cinematic visual intelligence, and immersive cultural experiences. Eros Innovation asserts that these models have been trained on an extensive dataset of 1.5 trillion rights-cleared cultural tokens, sourced from a diverse array of licensed materials in film, music, and entertainment.
ErosADI combines several foundational layers into a unified stack. Key elements include the ErosADI Rights Registry, which manages programmable provenance and rights, and a Unified AI Passport and Identity Layer that streamlines identity management for creators and institutions. Additionally, AI-native super agents and the Global Cultural Exchange (GCX) infrastructure layer are essential to the platform, facilitating collaboration while safeguarding sovereign ownership of datasets and intellectual property.

The GCX framework promotes multilingual collaboration and cultural preservation, enabling creators and cultural institutions to interact without centralizing data ownership. This model is especially relevant in an era of rapidly evolving digital content creation and increasing demand for culturally nuanced AI solutions.
Built on the modular Layer 3 architecture of ADI Chain, ErosADI features interoperability and scalable security frameworks. This infrastructure is designed to support various sectors, including media, education, and entertainment, extending its utility beyond traditional banking and payment systems. Swaneet Singh, Co-President of Eros Innovation, emphasized that the platform is more than just an experiment; it serves as a foundational structure for a new cultural economy.
Andrey Lazorenko, CEO of the ADI Foundation, underscored the importance of compliance and regulatory frameworks for the platform's success. He stated, "ErosADI shows how ADI Chain’s modular infrastructure can extend institutional-grade blockchain systems into new sectors. Cultural assets and identity-linked participation require infrastructure that is compliant and scalable, which is where our framework is highly relevant."
As ErosADI launches, it signifies a commitment to developing an AI ecosystem that honors cultural nuances while providing a sustainable economic system for creators and institutions. The intersection of AI, rights management, and cultural diplomacy could pave the way for a new era in digital asset management, potentially transforming global cultural economies.
