Jedify has successfully completed a $24 million Series A funding round, aiming to refine the way enterprise AI agents access and utilize business context. The financing was led by Norwest, with significant contributions from Snowflake Ventures and support from existing investors S Capital VC and Cerca Partners, along with new investor Oceans Ventures.

This latest funding round follows Jedify's earlier $8.5 million seed round in 2023, bringing its total funding to over $33 million. With this financial boost, the company plans to accelerate product development, enhance market strategies, and expand its workforce to address a key challenge in enterprise AI: the fragmented nature of business data.

Jedify points out that enterprise data often exists in silos across various platforms, including data warehouses, SaaS applications, customer relationship management systems, and unstructured sources like documents and meeting recordings. This lack of cohesive context can result in AI agents producing inaccurate outputs or wasting resources on irrelevant information. To tackle this issue, Jedify utilizes its patent-pending Semantic Fusion technology to automatically create customer-specific context graphs. These graphs integrate structured data with unstructured knowledge, establishing continuously updated semantic models that reflect the dynamics of business operations.

The context graphs developed by Jedify not only improve the accuracy of AI agents but also optimize response costs while reducing the risk of hallucinations that can occur during AI processing. Notably, the platform is model-agnostic, allowing clients to work with various AI providers without the risk of vendor lock-in.

In a strategic partnership, Jedify is collaborating with Snowflake to incorporate its capabilities, such as Semantic Views and Cortex Analyst, into Jedify's offerings. This integration seeks to streamline the unification of business context across AI and analytics workflows, further enhancing the effectiveness of enterprise AI applications.

Founded in New York, Jedify focuses on developing the infrastructure necessary for stable enterprise AI applications by merging structured and unstructured knowledge into evolving context graphs. Assaf Henkin, Co-Founder and CEO of Jedify, highlighted the importance of a deep understanding of business processes for effective agentic workflows. He stated, "In order for an agentic workflow to really work well for an enterprise at scale, it needs a very deep understanding of that business. Jedify turns that fragmented knowledge into a live context graph that agents can use to produce accurate, cost-efficient, business-ready answers."

As AI continues to integrate into enterprise operations, demand for context-aware solutions is expected to rise. Jedify's advancements in this area may position the company favorably in an increasingly competitive market, where accurate and efficient AI responses are essential for business success.
