The company has announced a $115 million investment in America’s Workforce Academy, which will train thousands of workers across the U.S. in critical AI-related skills.
The academy will operate in four cities: Indianapolis, Indiana; Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Houston, Texas; and Columbus, Ohio. The first cohort of trainees will begin their education in Baton Rouge. This initiative aims to equip workers with expertise in power generation, grid modernization, and data center construction—key components of AI infrastructure.
