The launch of RapDev's Agentic Platform Operator (APO) marks a significant shift in how enterprises manage ServiceNow environments. APO automates responses to requests, configuration tasks, and platform issues. A key feature of APO is its Vitals capability, which performs an initial scan of a customer’s ServiceNow instance during onboarding. It then conducts regular health checks, providing teams with a clear baseline and ongoing insights into platform performance. Operational metrics are streamed to Datadog, enabling real-time monitoring against service-level objectives (SLOs). Each customer operates within a dedicated namespace, complete with tailored security measures, ensuring total isolation and reducing risks associated with shared environments.
