TensorWave has successfully raised $350 million in a Series B funding round, bringing its valuation to $1.55 billion. Investment Details and Strategic Goals

Co-led by Magnetar and AMD Ventures, with continued support from Maverick Silicon, Nexus Venture Partners, and Western Frontier, this funding round reflects growing confidence in TensorWave's business model. By focusing exclusively on AMD-powered infrastructure, TensorWave aims to provide a flexible alternative to the traditionally vertically integrated GPU supply chains.

Darrick Horton, CEO and Co-Founder of TensorWave, pointed out the critical role of compute access in the evolving AI sector. "The next phase of AI will be defined by who can access enough compute to move from experimentation to production," he stated. Since its Series A funding in May 2025, TensorWave has made notable progress, establishing one of North America's largest AI training clusters powered by AMD, featuring 8,192 MI325X GPUs. With the new capital, the company plans to scale its operations further, preparing to deploy MI355X clusters across additional data center regions in North America.

Additionally, TensorWave has secured over two gigawatts of long-term data center capacity to meet the rising demand from enterprise clients, research institutions, and AI-native companies. The firm is also committed to enhancing its headquarters in Las Vegas and expanding its workforce across engineering, operations, sales, and customer success roles.
