The Atlas+ platform integrates directly into the Neptune Agent Portal, enabling agents to generate customer-ready sales scripts, draft personalized emails, and compare coverage options seamlessly. By embedding this AI capability into the quote screen, agents can inquire about specific quotes and receive tailored recommendations while interacting in natural language.
Trevor Burgess, Chairman and CEO of Neptune, emphasized that this initiative marks a significant advancement in making flood insurance more accessible and understandable for both agents and consumers. "Agents are the front line of flood insurance education in the United States. By putting AI directly into their workflow, we are giving them the tools to be more knowledgeable, more efficient, and more effective in every customer conversation," he stated.
